Refunds Policy

You consent to the provision by us of the services in terms of this Site prior to the expiry of 7 days from the date of payment (being the date upon which legal rights and obligations arise in terms hereof). Should you for any reason wish to cancel your payment you will be liable for a 25% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.

1. Swest.info respects the privacy of our participants and visitors. Your information that is supplied to us for the purposes of business listings, competitions or any other reason, will only be used internally. Your information will NOT be provided to any external parties for any purpose.
